Join SHED’s Culinary Director Perry Hoffman for a hands-on workshop exploring the best of wild California ingredients. This springtime forage will be a hunt for fool’s onions, miner’s lettuce, mushrooms, wild ginger, and Douglas Fir shoots through the land and creek beds of Dry Creek Valley. Guided by Chef Perry, participants will taste and learn what to look for while out foraging and get a chef’s perspective on the wonders of the great outdoors.

The workshop will conclude with a seasonal lunch prepared by Chef Perry’s team at SHED. Tickets are limited for this unique culinary experience. Be sure to dress for being outside with sun protection, layers, and suitable footwear. This workshop will take place in Dry Creek Valley. The address and directions will be emailed to ticket holders before the event.
