Learn about the history and culinary usage of seaweed in this workshop with local seaweed expert Heidi Herrmann, aka “Queen of the Tides.” You’ll learn how to differentiate and use their coastal sea vegetables like Nori, Wakame, Bladderwrack, and Kombu and taste samples both raw and in culinary applications.
